When you send an enquiry, DFL collects your name, email address, project brief and confirmation that you have read this notice. You may also provide a company or production name, phone number, production type, location, dates and the services required. Please do not include special-category, highly confidential or unnecessary personal information in the brief.

The website is hosted by Vercel. Like other hosting providers, Vercel may process technical request and security information such as an IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser or device information, request timestamps, diagnostics and system logs to deliver and protect the website.

A hidden field helps identify automated spam. A submission that fills it is discarded by the application and is not sent to DFL by email, although the hosting provider may still process ordinary request and security logs.

DFL uses enquiry information to understand and respond to your request, discuss possible services, prepare next steps and keep an appropriate record of the conversation. This processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a possible contract and for DFL's legitimate interests in managing genuine business enquiries and protecting the enquiry service from misuse.

Information submitted through this form is not used to add you to a marketing list, and the website does not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Vercel hosts and secures the website. Resend, operated by Plus Five Five, Inc., transmits the enquiry email to DFL. This means the form contents, email addresses and related delivery metadata are processed through Resend.

Vercel and Resend operate primary processing facilities in the United States and may use subprocessors in other countries. Their data-processing terms provide contractual safeguards for restricted UK transfers, including the UK addendum to standard contractual clauses or other applicable transfer mechanisms.

DFL may also disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights, or to professional advisers who need it for their work. DFL does not sell enquiry information.

If an enquiry does not lead to an engagement, DFL keeps the enquiry and related correspondence for up to 24 months after the last substantive contact, then deletes it from active records. Information may be deleted sooner following a valid request. If work proceeds, relevant records may be retained for longer where needed to perform the agreement, maintain business and financial records, resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation.

DFL uses access controls and reputable hosting and email providers to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. DFL may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.

When Google measurement is enabled, the website asks before loading Google Tag Manager and optional analytics or advertising tags. All Google advertising and analytics consent signals default to denied. You can accept or reject optional cookies, and change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from browsing or sending an enquiry.

To understand which pages are useful and whether the enquiry form works, the site uses Vercel Web Analytics. It is cookieless: it does not set cookies, does not store identifiers on your device, and does not track visitors across other websites. It records aggregated page views, referrers, approximate country, device type and enquiry-form outcomes. Individual visitors cannot be identified from these reports.

The hosting platform may use strictly necessary security, routing or load-balancing technologies to deliver and protect the service. Where bot protection is enabled on the enquiry form, Cloudflare Turnstile may set a strictly necessary cookie to complete its challenge. These are used only where required for the service requested and are not used by DFL for advertising or visitor profiling.

To prevent duplicate enquiries, necessary session storage keeps a random pending submission reference, start time and a hash of the submitted fields for a safe retry window of up to 23 hours. It does not store the form answers there. A bounded list of accepted references prevents repeat success events in the same tab. These records are not advertising consent and do not enable optional Google tags.

Your consent choice is stored in your browser's local storage under dfl-consent-v1 for up to 180 days. If local storage cannot save a rejection, a necessary dfl-consent-withdrawn preference cookie records it for up to 180 days so an earlier acceptance is not restored. This preference storage is necessary to remember your choice. When you accept, Google tags may use cookies and browser local storage to measure visits and successful enquiries attributable to advertising and support personalised advertising. Google click data may be stored under _gcl_ls in local storage. Google may process technical information and advertising identifiers outside the UK under its applicable data-processing safeguards. The generic measurement events do not contain your name, email address, phone number or production brief. Enhanced Conversions using enquiry contact information are not currently enabled.

With optional-cookie consent, Google Analytics 4 can measure website page views, engagement and content-free enquiry and contact-link events, including visits that did not originate from an ad. Analytics may use _ga cookies and technical information such as browser and device type, approximate location and referral source. A contact-link click does not prove that an email was sent, a WhatsApp conversation started or a call qualified. An enquiry-success event is recorded only after the server confirms delivery; automatic form-interaction measurement is disabled. Google Signals and Analytics user-provided-data collection are not enabled.

If you arrive from a Google ad and accept optional cookies, Google may replace the telephone number on the contact page with a forwarding number that connects to DFL. This supports call reporting, including call time, duration and available caller-number details, with a 60-second minimum for qualified-call measurement. Audio call recording is disabled in DFL's Google Ads account. The WhatsApp number is not replaced.

Withdrawing consent restricts Google signals, removes known Google measurement cookies and click-data local storage accessible to the site and reloads the page without Google tags. Browser settings can remove any remaining cookies and site data. Non-essential technologies are not loaded merely because you continue browsing.

You can also remove or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may affect parts of a website that depend on them.
